What's Capturing My Attention in the Fandom

Since my fanfic, Push and Pull, has been getting more hits and alerts, I've been perusing the profiles of the people who sign up for my fic alerts in search of some good reads. I'm always on the lookout for new fics to read and I welcome any suggestions on what I should check out. As I mentioned in the author's note at the bottom of Chapter 18 for Push and Pull, here's a list with links to what fics I'm really enjoying at the moment. I've included the author's descriptions and a few sentences with my humble opinion too.

This fic has a very unique take on vampires and I think I ran across it in one of your favorites when I checked out a profile. The vampires in this universe can't have sex so there aren't any lemons, but this story is intense and very suspenseful.

What happens when the man you've loved for 6 years starts to change right before your eyes? Bella is forced to question her heart when the black sheep of the family returns. In the end, will she put her trust in the right person? AR/OOC/lemons

It's hard to list what I love about this fic because there's so much. There's evil, unstable Jasper and sweet best friend Rosalie. Like in Elysian Fields, the vampires are different than traditional Twilight vamps, and it's a nice change. And the Edward in this one is down right swoon worthy.

Kiss Me, I'm Irish by IrishTwiFicster

Bella travels to Dublin to catch up with an old childhood friend. While there, she meets cheeky Irish Edward who can't resist every opportunity to charm her right out of her knickers! AH Fic - Rated M for horizontal Irish dancing and good craic!

I originally found this author with her first fic, The Write Stuff (currently offline for editing) and put her on author alert. In Kiss Me, I'm Irish, you have romance, charm, lemons, and all around good story telling.

This is another author I had on alert because of a previous fic. I loved her first fic, It Will Be As If I'd Never Existed . If We Ever Meet Again is only 7 chapters in but I'm already in love with formerly geeky, now hunky night club owner Edward. Patty Rose tells a beautiful story.

Free spirited, always happy, sorta horny and potty mouthed Bella arrives in Forktown. She's the new receptionist at Cullen Whitlock Pediatric Care. She really wants Dr. Cullen. Oh, he wants her, too. But first, let's get rid of Jane, shall we? NO ANGST!

This fic can be partially blamed for my chapter 18 be a little warped. This fic is fun, warped, very lemony, and extremely addictive. I may have read the entire thing the other day (and most of it while I hid in my cube while my data ran at work). If you need a fun, sexy read, run and read this. It doesn't fail to entertain. And the author is now posting the story from Edward's POV (Oh, I'll Show You What's Up). She updates really regularly so the wait isn't long.

So those are the fics that are entertaining me these days. Any recommendations?
